NoteSys Extended Support - Includes machine preparation, CD-ROM mastering, Out- of-Box Rollout support, LAN configuration, labeling, training, phone support, weekly onsite visits and access to our problem tracking database.

NoteSys Direct Payment - includes a Toll Free order hotline, web based order tracking, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover card processing, and customized delivery and setup.

NoteSys "ScreenHelp 100" - Broken, smashed or cracked screens, normally $1,000 to replace, will be replaced for a $100 deductible. All machines in a school must participate for at least the first year in order to qualify for ScreenHelp. Your school can include 1, 2 or 3 years in this program.

McAfee Anti-Virus License - Virus protection will be pre-loaded on all machines in the form of a license to the school. One set of media is provided with a single license in the school's name.

Laptop Orientation - Since we specialize in notebook computer models for schools, we know what works and what does not. We know that many new hardware features don't work perfectly when released and know how to get the fixes needed. We search the world to find innovative products that meet the needs of our schools, such as the Lucent ORiNOCO (WaveLan) wireless network and Xircom RealPort PC Cards. We offer a selection of add-on products, such as  memory upgrades, at competitive prices.
